2. Data collected

Data provided directly: first name (to personalize the report), age (to adapt the tone), interface language.

Data from conversation analysis: the exported WhatsApp conversation is analyzed locally in your browser. The raw file is NEVER transmitted to our servers. Only the following data, calculated locally, is transmitted for Report generation: aggregated and anonymized statistics (response times, activity frequency, emoji usage...), a limited sample of messages, anonymized excerpts (individual mode) or named excerpts (group mode), and the selected relationship context.

Email address: collected at payment time (via Stripe), used solely to send you the link to access your report.

Payment data: processed directly by Stripe, never transmitted to or stored by the Service.

3. Purposes of processing

Generation of the personalized Report via artificial intelligence (Anthropic), access to the Report via unique link, payment processing (Stripe).

4. Retention period

Data from conversation analysis (statistics, excerpts, samples) is deleted from our database IMMEDIATELY after the Report is generated. The generated Report, associated first name and age are retained to allow access via the share link, and may be deleted upon request.

5. Recipients and sub-processors

Anthropic, PBC (United States) — content generation via the Claude API, with no retention beyond request processing. Supabase Inc. — database hosting. Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — payment processing. Resend — sending the email containing the report link. Transfers outside the EU are governed by standard contractual clauses in accordance with GDPR.

6. Security

The Service implements reasonable technical measures: immediate deletion of conversation data after processing, encrypted communications (HTTPS).

7. Your rights

Under GDPR: right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise these rights: jules@barrard.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

The Service uses only strictly necessary cookies for its operation (including those required by Stripe). No third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies are used.

9. Minors

The Service is not intended for persons under 16 years of age. If a minor under 16 has used the Service without their legal guardian's consent, please contact us so the data can be deleted.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
