1. About the service

NemoKnows ("the Service") is an online service offering the automated AI-generated creation of a humorous and fictional report ("the Report") based on the analysis of a WhatsApp conversation provided by the user.

2. Nature of the content — important

The generated Report is a work of fiction for entertainment purposes. The character "Dr. Nemo", and any diagnoses, prognoses or prescriptions contained therein are entirely fictional and have NO medical, psychological or scientific value. The Service does not constitute medical advice, a real psychiatric diagnosis, or a health consultation. For any concerns about your mental health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Access and pricing

Access to the Service is offered at a one-time price of €3.00 per generated report, with no commitment or subscription. Payment is made once via the secure Stripe payment platform.

4. Payment terms

Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The Publisher has no access to the user's banking details. Payment is due immediately and grants access, upon confirmation, to the generation of the Report.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. By completing payment, the user requests immediate performance of the Service and expressly waives their right of withdrawal, as the Report is generated and delivered immediately after payment.

6. User obligations — Group Analysis

In the context of "Group Analysis", the generated Report may reference the real first names of participants in the analyzed conversation. The user agrees to: only submit conversations in which they personally participate; ensure, before sharing the Report, that the individuals concerned consent to the humorous nature of the content about them; not use the Service for harassment or invasion of another person's privacy. The Publisher cannot be held liable for the use the user makes of the generated Report.

7. Processing of submitted conversations

Processing details are described in the Privacy Policy. In summary: analysis is performed locally in the browser; only aggregated and anonymized statistics, along with a limited sample of messages, are transmitted to our servers; this data is deleted immediately after the Report is generated.

8. Intellectual property

The generated Report is made available to the user for personal, non-commercial use, including sharing on social media. The structure, design, code, and the "NemoKnows" / "Dr. Nemo" brand remain the exclusive property of the Publisher.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Publisher does not guarantee the absence of errors or the relevance of AI-generated content, and cannot be held liable for consequences resulting from the use or sharing of the generated Report.

10. Minimum age

Use of the Service is reserved for persons aged 16 or over, or those with authorization from their legal guardian.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
